At MCO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your MCO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location. You will receive a notification once our warehouse team has processed your refund or exchange.
